All sales are final.

SiR Arts etc. is a one-person operation. All products are made on-demand specifically for you, which means we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at studio@sirartsetc.art with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will work with you to make it right.
