How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your item, choose your size and color, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because every item is made to order and production begins shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before completing checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but we're always looking for ways to enhance the experience. Stay tuned!

What does "made to order" mean?

Every piece at SiR Arts etc. is printed specifically for you at the time of your order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. This means your item is fresh, intentional, and produced with zero excess waste. It's our commitment to both quality and sustainability.

Who makes the products?

SiR Roberts creates all original artwork which is then high-definition scanned and applied to premium apparel and lifestyle goods via our print-on-demand partner, Gelato.

Are the products ethically made?

Yes. By printing on demand, we eliminate overproduction and reduce environmental waste. Each piece is made intentionally, just for you.

Is shipping free?

Yes! All orders within the United States ship free — automatically applied at checkout, no code needed. ✨

How long does shipping take?

All orders require 3–7 business days for production, followed by estimated delivery times of 5–10 business days (US) or 10–20 business days (international). See our full Shipping Information page for details.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary between styles. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.

What is your return policy?

Because every item is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
