Our Made-to-Order Quality Guarantee
At SiR Arts etc., every piece is created with intention — printed on demand, just for you. Because each item is uniquely crafted at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, color preference, or change of mind.
This isn't just a policy — it's part of our commitment to mindful, sustainable production. By making each piece to order, we eliminate excess waste and ensure that every garment carries the energy and care it deserves.
We've got you covered if something goes wrong.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at studio@sirartsetc.art with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll review your claim and arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
EU Customers: In accordance with EU consumer rights, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
